<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 200%;">It is intimated that earlier the consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of Water (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1981 was granted vide online reference no. </span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 200%;">CTE/Fresh/PKT/2022/17976218 dated 14/02/2022,</span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 200%;"> which was valid upto 20/02/2023 subject to conditions mentioned therein. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 200%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Now the industry has applied for obtaining further extension in validity of Consent to Establish (NOC) from pollution angle for the provision of under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS mode. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> <span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;"> The industry has deposited Rs. 11,300/- vide UTR No. 920091486 dated 18/02/2023 as NOC extension and including form downloading fee, which is valid upto 13/02/2024. The industry has submitted in its request letter, informed that financial problem about the reasons for the delaying of the project. The industry falls in small scale orange category. (Agenda Note is also attached herewith).</span></span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">In view of above, it is recommended that Consent to Establish (NOC) from pollution angle may be extended upto 20/02/2024 with the same terms & conditions. </span></p> |
