CTOW/Renewal/PKT/2019/11235357 & CTOA/Renewal/PKT/2019/11235064 dated 26/09/2019, which are valid upto 30/09/2024 respectively. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Now, the stone crusher has applied for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) for expansion from pollution angle to install New Additional Machinery in its existing industrial unit to manufacture additional quantity of Washed Crushed Bajri @ 12000 CFT/day, Washed Sand @ 5000 CFT/day, Big Boulders @ 2000 CFT/day & Silt @ 1000 CFT/Day by using River Bed Material @ 20000 CFT/Day under orange category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%; color: red;"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;">As per the project report submitted by the industry, the industry has proposed to install new one no. Jaw Crusher, 01 no. Rotopactor, 02 no. Viabratos, 02 no. Sand Screw & One no. Granuator. The industry to generate trade effluent from washing @ 47 KLD and same will be 100% re-circulated after passing through settling tanks. The domestic effluent/generated @ 1.0 KLD will be discharge into septic tank. The industry has already installed machinery one no. jaw crusher, 02 no. viabrators, 02 no. rotopactor, one no. granuator, one no. sand screw/burm and 12 no. conveyors. As per application submitted by the stone crusher no new land is to be acquired. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> The industry has deposited Rs. 8900/- vide UTR No. 986685341 dated 23/02/2023 as NOC fee for one year period and including Rs. 500/- as form downloading fee against the total fixed assets value of Rs. 1,41,51,000/-</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 22.55pt; line-height: 150%; margin: .05pt 4.85pt .0001pt 5.4pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> As per application form, the total crushing capacity after expansion shall be 20000 CFT/Day and<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>as per Department of Science, Technology & Environment, Govt. of Punjab notification No. 3/35/2013-STE (4)/737 dated 30/07/2013, the total requirement of land for stone crushing capacity upto 10,000 CFT/Day is 0.4 hectare or 1 acre and the stone crusher is satisfying the said criteria.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 22/02/2023 and observed as under:-</span></p>

<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: 28.35pt; margin: 0in 5.1pt .0001pt 28.3pt;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%; letter-spacing: -0.1pt;">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;">The industry shall take adequate measures for the compliance of code of practice framed for such units.</span></span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: 28.35pt; margin: 0in 5.1pt .0001pt 28.3pt;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%; letter-spacing: -0.1pt;">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;">The stone crusher shall comply with the orders of NGT in O.A. No 57/2020 or any relevant orders of Competent Authority in related matter.</span></span></p>
