<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">R/sir, the institute was obtained NOC vide no. CTE/Fresh/SGR/2019/11715837 dated 11.12.2019, valid upto 10.12.2020 from the Board. Now, the <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">institute had applied for consent after obtaining NOC within the period of 1-2 years i.e. 16.11.2022 and t</span>he consent fee as well as penalty fee (deducted from the water consent fee deposited by the institute) is calculated from the same date. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Moreover, there is no major change in value of fixed assets as per CA certificate submitted with this application w.r.t the project report submitted during NOC. As such, there is no requirement of NOC regularization fee.</span></p>
