As per the analysis report, concentration of particulate matter in the emission samples were found to be 86 mg/Nm3 and 92mg/Nm3 against the prescribed standards 150 mg/Nm3 i.e within the prescribed standards.</span></p>

As per the analysis report, concentration of various parameters is within the permissible limits as prescribed by the Board. (Copy Attached).</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">2.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has installed 2 no. power boilers of capacity 75 TPH, 1 no. power boiler of capacity 50 TPH, 1 no. recovery boiler of capacity 75 TPH and 1 no. recovery boiler of capacity 50 TPH out of which 2 no. power boilers capacity 75 TPH and 1 no. recovery boiler of capacity 75 TPH were in-operation.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">3.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has installed ESPs as APCDs with all 5 no. boilers. It is pertinent to mention here that out of the 2 power boilers, one is using rice husk as fuel and another is using rice straw as fuel.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">4.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has provided common stack of adequate height with 2 no. power boilers of capacity 75 TPH. The industry has also provided online continuous monitoring system with this common stack.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">5.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has provided single stack of adequate height for each other boilers along with online continuous monitoring system with each stack.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white; margin: 5.0pt 0cm 0cm 54.0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">b)</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Increased hydraulic load of COD / BOD in both streams to control ratio of COD / BOD at outlet of Bio-gas plant. The industry has also installed high-rate solid contact clarifier after anaerobic treatment.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white; margin: 5.0pt 0cm 0cm 54.0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">g)</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has also increased the height of final clarifier to increase its capacity from 1780 m3 to 2970 m3.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">7.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">During visit ETP of the industry was in operation.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">8.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has installed online effluent monitoring system at outlet of ETP for monitoring pH, BOD, COD, TSS, TDS and discharge. The industry has also installed separate energy meter with the ETP and the record of same is being maintained. The industry has installed CCTV camera on the ETP for assurance of regular operation.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">9.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has developed plantation area in about 596 acres in different segments for discharge of treated trade effluent. The industry has provided proper network for scientific discharge in the plantation area. No outlet was found in the drain provided by the industry for discharge of its effluent.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">10.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry is giving ETP sludge to card board mills and record of same has been maintained with the hazardous waste manifest on form 9.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">11.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has submitted the record of the lime sludge as well as fuel ash on land filling area as well as BKOs to use by mixing with clay for moulding of katcha bricks. During visit, M/s Ashoka Bricks Co., village Bhunder and M/s Janta Bricks Co. Village Chak Duhewala were also checked and it was observed that the bricks are using the 5% fuel ash by mixing with clay for moulding of katcha bricks.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">12.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has already installed piezometers at 4 different points for monitoring of ground water.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">14.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has provided pits for vermin compost of kitchen waste and same was found in working condition in the compliance to condition of environmental clearance.</span></p>
