<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved fresh CTO under the Water Act, of 1974 be granted upto 30.6.2024 with the special condition that </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1)The industry will submit a building plan approved by the Competent Person under the Factories Act, 1948 in office EE, RO SAS Nagar within 15 days.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2)The industry shall obtain the necessary clearance for the abstraction of groundwater from the Punjab Water Regulation & Development Authority (PWRDA).</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EE, RO may also be requested to visit the site within one month to monitor the ETP, verify the mode of disposal, verify compliance with environmental law, and send the report along with recommendations.</span></p>
