<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1)The industry will submit a building plan approved by the Competent Person under the Factories Act, 1948 in office EE, RO SAS Nagar within 15 days.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EE, RO may also be requested to visit the site within one month to monitor the APCD verify compliance with environmental law, and send the report along with recommendations.</span></p>
