<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved EE, RO be requested to give his comments on whether the Site is suitable for such type of project or not, and also be requested to give his comment on modifying direction u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 as the directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 were issued vide letter no. 7055-7060 dated 17.11.2022. EE, RO may also be requested to obtain a valid deed/rent agreement executed between Sh. Tejinder Singh and Sh. Jatinder Singh for land measuring 6 bighe 12 biswe 7.5 biswe at khatauni no. 191/217 khasra no. 63(3-17), 64(4-0), 1101/60(0-14)1105/61(1-6), 1108/62(1-4),1111/65(2-6) for use of treated water from PP. And send the recommendation within two days.</span></p>
