<p>The industry has installed die casting machine using zinc ingots @ 5 TPD as raw material and has installed bag filter house as APCD. The industry has not installed induction furnace using scrap as raw material and there are such type of units having aluminium die casting machines which are allowed & operating in Ludhiana area without having design from PSCST, Chandigarh, therefore the reply of the industry may be considered and CTO under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted with bag filters installed as APCD.</p>
