The industry has not submitted air emission/effluent sample analysis report from Board’s lab. 2. The Partner of the industry has submitted that there is a court case pending and has requested not to increase the Consent to Operate of the industry without his consent. The applicant has concealed the case in this application. The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter may be taken.</span></p>
