<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> Now, the hospital has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 along with compliance of the previous granted consents, undertaking regarding hospital under MC limit, Agreement with CBWTF, Undertaking regarding Bed Capacity, Annual Report and Request for renewal of consents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> It is pertinent to mention here that Board issued order vide no. CEE(HQ) F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 2/2/2016 regarding to grant of auto renewal consent to establish/consent to operate to the Orange & Green category industries.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> It is further reported that the hospital is complying with the conditions of consents granted earlier under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. The hospital is having bed capacity @ 75 beds and competency to decide the case lies with Senior Environmental Engineer of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 20.8px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20.8px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> RO has recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the hospital up to 30/09/2027 with suitable terms & conditions along with special conditions that:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-left: 0.75in; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 20.8px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20.8px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20.8px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The hospital will get effluent sample (combined liquid and domestic effluent) analyzed from an approved lab of the Board within 02 months.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-left: 0.75in; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 20.8px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20.8px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20.8px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The hospital will renew its agreement time to time made with Common Bio Medical Waste Treatment Facility well before its expiry and submit the copy of same in this office.</span></p>
