<p>It is submitted that in reply to the clarification dated 24.02.2022 RO has submitted as under:</p>
<p>"<em>It is submitted that stack height of more than 3 mtr above roof level will be provided with the furnace.</em>"</p>
<p>Considering the reply by RO the height of stack 3m as proposed with the furnace is adequate.</p>
<p>If approved, the consent to establish (NOC) under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year for the establishment of unit for manufacturing of Potash @ 35 MTD, Organic Manure@ 10 MTD and Gypsum Granuels @ 5 MTD by using Sugar Molasses @ 21 MTD, Gypsum Powder @ 13.25 MTD, China Clay @ 2.25 MTD, Dolamit Powder @ 1.75 MTD, Fly Ash @ 3 MTD, City Waste Compose @ 3.75 MTD, Cow Dung @ 5 MTD and Water @ 0.51 KLD as raw material, with following conditions:-</p>
<p>1. The Consent to establish is valid for site 40 K falling in the khasra No. 113//4,5,6,7,14/2,15/2 of village Bazidpur (H.B. No.212), Tehsil & District Ferozepur.</p>
<p>2. This NOC is issued from pollution angle and the industry shall obtain the statutory clearances / permissions from the other Govt. departments, as required.</p>
<p>3. The industry will install its pollution control devices simultaneously with the establishment of main project.</p>
<p>4. The industry shall comply with all the Environmental Rules as amended from time to time.</p>
