<p>Sir, in compliance to the observations made by ZO, the pointwise reply is as under :-</p>
<p>1. The industry is a small scale red category soft drink / bewerages manufacturing unit, as the plant and machinery value is less than Rs. 10.00 Cr. It has been inadvertently as large scale in the agenda note. The same may kindly considered to be rectified as small scale.</p>
<p>2. As the large scale units have already been granted relexation upto 31.03.2024 for cutoff from Municipal Sewer and adopt complete ZLD system, this office is off the view that the request of the above industry could also be considered as the effluent from the above unit is basically generated from washing of bottels and is not as toxic as other industry which have already been granted relexation upto 31.03.2024.
