<p>Sir, in compliance to the observations made by ZO, the pointwise reply is as under :-</p>
<p>1. The industry is a small scale red category soft drink / bewerages manufacturing unit, as the plant and machinery value is less than Rs. 10.00 Cr. It has been inadvertently as large scale in the agenda note. The same may kindly considered to be rectified as small scale.</p>
<p>2. Sir, during the drafting of auto generated agenda note, the officers who have lastly visited the industries is automatically filled at the requisite column. The above industry was visited on 22.02.2023 by undersinged, please.</p>
<p>3. Due to shortage of time and staff, the air emission sample of the industry could not be collected as per the earlier consent condition. The industry has submitted air analysis report from NABL approved Lab. The industry is using furnace oil as fuel, which is a comparitively a clearner fuel in comparision to solid fuel like rice husk, wood, agro waste etc.. The air emission sample be collected in due course of time.</p>
