The application was scrutinized and observed that:-
Earlier the industry was granted consent for paint booth, shot blast machine and D.G set of capacity 85 KVA. The industry has not applied for varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. However, the industry has not filled/provided any details regarding earlier installed machines/D.G set. Moreover, the fixed assets of the industry got decreased from 138.52 lakhs to 81.08 lakhs, which needs to be clarified.
