CTOW/Fresh/PTA/2016/4572636 dated 13/10/2016 valid upto 31.12.2022 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/PTA/2016/4572567 dated 13/10/2016 valid upto 31.12.2022 for production of Eggs @ 80000 Numbers/Day by using Birds @150000Numbers/Day, Birds Feed @10T/day as raw material under green category with certain conditions. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 130%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Now, the poultry farm has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for production of Eggs @ 80000 Numbers/Day by using Birds @ 150000 Numbers/Day, Birds Feed @ 10 T/day as raw material under green category with requisite documents. The industry has deposited Rs. 84840/- <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>vide UTR no. N055232344166175 dated 24.02.2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 84840/- vide UTR no. N055232344164351 dated 24.02.2023 under Air (Prevention & </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Control</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"> of Pollution) Act, 1981. The total consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.12.2032 against the fixed assets of Rs. 271.56 lakh as on 31.01.2023 as per CA certificate submitted </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">by it. </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The poultry farm has submitted compliance report of the consent conditions earlier granted to it under the Water </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Act</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">, 1974 and under the Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 130%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The Board vide office order no. 443 dated 09.08.2021 has decided in suppression of Board’s office order no. SEE(HQ)/F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 02.02.2016 to extend the facility for auto generated renewal to all categories of small scale industries/projects without inspection/physical verification of the environmental parameters at the time of submission of such applications. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 130%; tab-stops: 112.5pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry was found complying with provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 during last visit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 130%; tab-stops: 112.5pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">In view of the above, it is recommended that the consent to operate granted to the industry under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be extended upto 31.12.2032 for</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"> <span lang="EN-US">production of Eggs @ 80000 Numbers/Day by using Birds @ 150000 Numbers/Day, Birds Feed @ 10 T/day as raw material under green category </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">with usual conditions as per the policy of the Board and with a following additional conditions that:<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>

CPCB/IPC20/NGT/Poultry/2022/10270 dated 10/1/2022.</span></p>
