<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span>The industry is small scale orange category unit engaged in process of manufacturing of Casting of Valves. Earlier, the industry was granted consents both valid upto 30.09.2022 for manufacturing of Casting of Valves @3200Kgs/day.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 15.25pt; background: white; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px; margin: .05pt .2pt .0001pt 0cm;"> Now, the industry has applied for varied consents for manufacturing of Casting of Valves @ 8 MTD. The industry has informed that there is no change in the Plant & Machinery of the industry and the consent has been applied for the maximum production capacity of the unit i.e. 8 ton/day instead of earlier capacity of 3200 Kg/day.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 15.25pt; background: white; margin: .05pt .2pt .0001pt 0cm;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span> As per agenda note the industry was visited by AEE on 15.02.2023 and reported that the industry has installed 1 no. induction furnaces with 2 crucibles of capacity 0.5 TPH and 0.1 TPH attached with common bag house filter as APCD. The APCD was in operation during the visit. The industry has installed one new DG of capacity 320 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height. The industry has now disconnected the old DG set without canopy. </p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: 0cm .2pt .0001pt 36.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall submit air analysis report of induction furnaces from the Board lab within one month.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: 0cm .2pt .0001pt 36.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">The industry shall operate air pollution control device (APCD) regularly and efficiently to achieve the prescribed norms.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;">3)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">The industry shall not use any un-authorized fuel and shall use fuel only for which consent is granted by the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;">4)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">The industry shall get the emission sample analysed from Board’s Lab. within 02-months.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;">5)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">The industry shall ensure that hazardous wastes of all categories are collected properly & disposed off to the authorized companies by executing agreements and shall maintain all the records as per provisions of the HWM Rules.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;">6)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">The industry shall not throw burn or burry any solid wastes in open outside premises or in drain / water bodies.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;">7)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">The industry shall promote use of alternatives of single use plastics (SUP) and awareness to discourage use of plastic.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;">8)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">The industry shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocal or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%;">9) The industry shall properly handle and manage the solid wastages as per the provisions of the Municipal Solid Waste Rules 2016 and ensure that the solid waste is segregated & disposed of in an environmentally sound manner. </span>(Competency:- SEE-J)</p>
