My firm M/s Krishna Plastic Industry was already operational since 2016 with assets worth 73.18 Lakhs. It consisted of two parts injection molding products by fresh plastic and plastic products by recycled waste plastic. In 2021, we have divided our firm in two parts and waste plastic products is left with me (Ravinder Goyal) in old firm M/s Krishna Plastic Industry and injection molding products is transferred to my son Satish Goyal as M/s Goyal Industries. The fixed assets of M/s Goyal Industries became 66.76 Lakhs and M/s Krishna Plastic Industry equal to 35.86 Lakhs. Total increase in assets is due to expansions.
Our both industries are situated in industrial zone and we have obtained the land classification together for both industries in revenue area of Village Kot Kapura, Tehsil Kot Kapura, Distt. Farid Kot, Hadbust No.129, Khasra No. 148// 7/5 (2-06), 13 (8-0), 14/1 (0-12) & 14/3 (2-17) = 12 Kanals 15 Marle. M/s Krishna Plastic industry is working in Khasra No.148// 13 (4-0), 14/1 (0-12) & 14/3 (0-12) and M/s Goyal industry is operated in Khasra No.14/3 (0-15).
Total land area of M/s Krishna Plastic Industry is 3133.75 Sq. Yard from which 453.75 sq. yard is owned by me, 260 sq. yard is taken on lease from my wife Kiran Goyal and rest 2420 Sq. from Mrs. Shikha Goyal w/o Satish Goyal.
