<p style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.6667px;">In view of above mentioned details by AEE, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the unit up to 30/09/2023 with suitable terms & conditions along with special conditions as under:-</p>
<p style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.6667px;">1.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The unit shall submit the emission analysis report from Board's Lab within 02 months from the issuance of the consent.</p>
<p style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.6667px;">2.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The unit shall not generate any effluent from its premises.</p>
<p style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.6667px;">3.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The unit shall submit the Building plan approved by the competent person from the Deputy Director of Factories, Punjab.</p>
<p style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.6667px;">4.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The unit shall apply for obtaining Authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 as per policy of the Board.</p>
<p style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.6667px;">5.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The unit shall got lifted its hazardous waste of category 9.2 (Lead Ash) NIMBUA GREENFIELD PUNJAB LIMITED and shall submit the manifest in this office.</p>
<p style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.6667px;">6.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The unit shall submit Feasibility Report, Complete Dimensional Drawing along with adequacy certificate of the Wet scrubber installed in the premises.</p> |
