<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry has applied for Consent to Establish (NOC) for establishment of rice sheller unit on 09.02.2023 in revenue estate of Kotkapura in an area of 24 kanals 16 marlas as per DTP report submitted by the Project Proponent.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The application was scrutinized within time schedule and the industry was visited by undersigned on 17.02.2023 and it was observed as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 15.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 15.0pt; line-height: 115%;">There is high tension wire passing from the proposed land area.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The matter was also discussed with Environmental Engineer regarding the actual condition of the land area and application cannot be processed at this stage. It is therefore requested to reapply for Consent to Establish (NOC) alongwith details as under:-</span></p>
