There is no air polluting industry within a radius of 100 m from the boundary of the project site and there is no MAH industry within a radius of 250 m radius from the boundary of the proposed site. Therefore, the site of the project is conforming to the siting guidelines laid down by the Govt. of Punjab, Department of Science Technology and Environment vide order dated 25/07/2008 as amended on 30/10/2009, hence, the site is suitable. Further, the project proponent has submitted revised rent agreement for discharge of treated water from STP of Gurnam Villa and tenancy period from 09.01.2023 to 08.01.2028.
