The unit has submitted latest CA certificate, Site Plan/Location Plan, Rent Deed, Manufacturing process, Plan showing the location of Scrubber/APCD, Agreement with TSDF at NIMBUA and request letter etc</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The unit was visited by officer of this office on 23/02/2023 and observed as under:-</span></p>

Hot Plate in an enclosure.</span></p>

The system has provided to control fumes being generated/to be generated from cupellation process. </span></p>
<p class="Default" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 120%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; color: windowtext;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: windowtext;">The unit has installed a DG set of capacity 25 KVA, which is fitted with canopy.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>It is further intimated that the unit falls in Orange category in the small-scale sector and competency to decide the case lies with Senior Environmental Engineer of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that t</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">he consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the unit up to 30/09/2023 <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">with suitable terms & conditions along with special conditions as under:-</span></span></p>
