| Clarification Note: |
1. As per the details submitted by the project proponent, the pp is required to deposit following fees:
a. CTE regularization fee - Rs. 5,600.
b. penalty - Rs. 32,400 each, under both the Acts.
c. CTO fee - Rs. 75,600 each, under both the Acts.
2. The project proponent has mentioned that 28 KLD domestic effluent is discharged onto land for plantation. The project proponent required to give adequacy of land area for disposal of effluent.
Please clarify within 02 days, so that further action may be taken in the matter. |
