| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The industry has deposited Rs. 14500/- vide e-R no. 172522662 dated 28/06/2022 on account of Water and Rs. 14500/- vide e-R no. 724700233 dated 03/09/2022 as Air consent fee against the un-depreciated fixed assets of Rs. 37.14 Lacs as on 30/06/2022 as per CA certificate dated 05/08/2022 which is adequate upto 31/03/2022 as per Board’s Office Order dated 29/10/2018 after deducting penalty charges 300 %. Kindly deposit more consent fee so that application may be processed.
2. Total land area and built up area is not mention the application form.
3. Proper site Plan/Location Plan
4. As per PPCB office order no.GPC/Guidelines-RS-SP/F.33/2011/227 dated 8.8.2011, the industry shall get its building plans approved under the provisions of section 3-A of Punjab Factory Rules, 1952.
