| Clarification Note: |
The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent needs to submit detail of funds spent on CSR activity as mentioned in the Environment Clearance along with bills.
2. In the feasibility report and in the calculation of population, floating population has not been taken into account and hence revised calculation needs to be submitted.
3. The project proponent needs to submit PWRDA permission for abstraction of ground water.
4. The project proponent needs to deposit additional penalty fees amounting to Rs. 14,400/-.
5. The project proponent requires to submit green area marked on layout plan of area 3.62 acres on which it is planning to dispose of treated wastewater.
6. The details of wastewater generation as mentioned in the application form and feasibility report are not matching.
7. In the feasibility report the project proponent has proposed to use treated wastewater @ 68 KLD for flushing purpose & 81 KLD for horticulture demand in summer season.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observation within 2 days. |
