The case was scrutinized and observed that the earleir the clarification was raised, the fixed assets of industry was Rs 25,00,89,215/- on 31-03-2017, but now the industry has submitted CA certificate on 31-03-2022 of Rs 36,48,54,457/-Thereafter fixed assets has been increased of Rs 11,47,65,242/-.The industry has required to submit adequate NOC regularisation fee and latest stack Emission sample Report of DG Sets .The industry has also not submitted ownership detail i.e Proprietor/ Partnership /MOA.
But the hotel has uploaded only stack emission sample report of DG set.
You are once again requested to submit the point wise reply of above said observations within 03 days. |
