Further, there is no approved residential area within 100-meter limit of the industry.</span></p>

In the said certificate issued by the DTP that the site does not fall in any local planning area or Master Plan and the permission for change of land use is given to the industry for industrial purposes (carbonated juices & drinks). </span></p>

Ltd. for procurement of this raw material. The said raw material is compostable in nature and is not covered under the categorization of Single Use Plastic.</span></p>

S.O.438/P.A.9/1994/S-30/2016 dated 29.03.2016 issued by the Department of Rural Development & Panchayats, wherein the manufacturing, stocking, distribution, recycling, selling or use of plastic carry bags has been completely prohibited in the State of Punjab w.e.f. 01.04.2016.</span></p>
