<p>1.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The industry will submit its building plan clearly showing the location & dimensions of machinery room, saila plant, pollution control devices, chimnies, ETP etc. prepared and duly authenticated by the Director of Factories/ Chartered Architect/ Chartered Engineer under the provisions of section 3-A of Punjab Factory Rules, 1952. </p>
<p>2.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The industry is advised to obtain necessary clearance for abstraction of ground water from Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority (PWRDA).</p> |
