<p style="text-align: justify;">RO has reported that earlier the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & controlof Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & control of Pollution) Act, 1981 was granted upto 31/12/2021 for the operation of Marriage Palace vide online reference no. CTOW/Renewal/GRP/2021/14331680 & CTOW/Renewal/GRP/2021/14331680 dated 14/07/2021 respectively under orange category.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Now the Marriage Palace has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the operation of Marriage Palace through OCMMS in a totally paperless manner by uploading necessary documents as PDF under orange category.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Marriage Palace has submitted approved building plan issued form District Town Planner, Gurdaspur.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Marriage Palace has deposited Rs. 17900/- vide R/No. 96/5523 dated 06.02.2023 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 including Rs. 500/- as application fee and same are adequate upto 30/09/2027 under both Acts.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As per policy of the Board and in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016, the consent cases of Orange Category units are to be processed without visiting them.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">RO has recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be extended upto 30/09/2027 with suitable conditions. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, if approve the consent to operate under Water (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be extended upto 30/09/2027 with suitable conditions and special conditions as under:-</p>
