<p>It is submitted that the PP has given the reply of show cause notice. After perusal of the reply it was observed that the PP has provided entire sewer line in the area, which is temporarily connected with the septic tank. The STP instalaltion work under progress. The PP has provided plantation towards wall of M/s ATG Rubber. Therefore, the reply submitted by the PP seems to be adequate.</p>
<p>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that NOC may be extended as per the previous recommendations.</p> |
