<p><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">Kindly peruse the agenda note of AEE, In view of facts mentioned by AEE in his agenda note, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be renewed for a short period upto 31.07.2023 as per the request made by the industry and adequacy of the consent fee, subject to the suitable conditions and additional conditions as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-line-height-alt: 12.0pt; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal;"> </span>The industry shall apply for varied consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 with requisite documents and fee, before commissioning of the unit under expansion.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-line-height-alt: 12.0pt; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal;"> </span>The industry shall always carry out spray painting activity within the paint booth only.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-line-height-alt: 12.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">3.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry shall develop the plantation area and ensure to utilize the treated domestic wastewater onto land for plantation purposes only.</span></p> |
