<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">It is intimated that the industry has applied the renewal CTO under Air Act,1981and RO has reported that </span>The industry is a spinning mill and is engaged in the business of manufacturing grey cotton yarn from the waste cotton, The industry is complying with the conditions of the previous ‘consent to operate’ granted to it under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. It is further intimated that <span lang="EN-IN">as per the Ministry of MSME notification dated 26.06.2020. The industry is a small enterprise where the investment in plant and machinery or equipment does not exceed 10 crore rupees.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved CTO under Air Act,1981 be granted 30/9/26 with the special condition as proposed by EE, RO. EE, RO may also be requested to visit the industry as per protocol framed by the Board to verify compliance with environmental law and send the report along with recommendations.</span></p>
