<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">It is intimated that the industry has applied for the renewal CTO under the water Act,1974 and RO has reported that </span>The industry is a spinning mill and is engaged in the business of manufacturing grey cotton yarn from the waste cotton, no trade effluent generated from the process, the industry is complying with the conditions of the previous ‘consent to operate’ granted to it under the Water Act, 1974. It is further intimated that <span lang="EN-IN">as per the Ministry of MSME notification dated 26.06.2020. The industry is a small enterprise where the investment in plant and machinery or equipment does not exceed 10 crore rupees.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved CTO under Water Act,1974 be granted 30/9/26 with the special condition as proposed by EE, RO. EE, RO may also be requested to visit the industry as per protocol framed by the Board to verify compliance with environmental law and send the report along with recommendations.</span></p>
