<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%;">It is submitted that the industry has submitted the compliance of SOPs and same has been verified by the undersigned and point-wise compliance is attached herewith. Further, it is informed that the APCD has been provided with both the furnaces i.e. smelting and melting furnaces. As industry is not in operation as electric connection of the industry was disconnected, the adequacy of the APCD will be adjudged only when the industry will start its operation. The industry has been advised to apply for renewal of authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Trans-boundary Movement) Rules, 2016.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%;">In view of above, it is again recommended vide note dated 15.02.23 by the undersigned. </span></p> |
