<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">Earlier, the ‘Consent to Operate’ under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 was granted to the industry vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH1/2018/6756328 dated 24/01/2018 for discharge of domestic effluent into sewer @ 48 KLD which is valid upto 31/12/2022.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 along with requisite documents and fees.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">The industry was visited by undersigned on 22/12/2022 and it was observed as under: -</p>
