<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Discussed, it is submitted that the industry has <span style="background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify; text-indent: 48px;">deposited Rs. 7700/-vide R. No. 510832471 dated 24.01.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 7200/- vide R. No. 875112765 dated 24.01.2023, which is adequate upto 30.12.2024 (after deducting late penalty fees).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;">In view of the above, it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the marriage palace upto 30.09.2024 with suitable conditions and special condition that :-</span></p>
