<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has now applied for obtaining ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 for operartion of cold store in the revenue estate of Village Gorsian Makhan, Tehsil Jagraon, District Ludhiana for storage of Potato and Vegitables & Fruits @ 4990 MT/year. The details are as under: </span></p>

The industry has submitted Udyam Registration Certificate as proof of commissioning and as per this certificate, date of registration is 07.02.2023. </span></p>

Rajnish Kumar Singla, Competent Person recognized by Director of Factories, Punjab.</span></p>

Only domestic effluent is generated from the premises, and the same is discharged onto land for plantation after treatment through septic tank. The project proponent has provided plantation all around the boundary wall. </span></p>
