<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the industry is an orange-category washing unit and has established without obtaining Consent to Establish from the Board. The industry has now applied for Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has submitted DTP certificate regarding classification of land use as Industrial Zone, Partnership deed, CA Certificate regarding Fixed assets as on 31/03/2022, Udhyam Certificate regarding date of commissioning, Electricity bill as date of commissioning as 19/09/2000 and Site plan/Location plan.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">As per the electricity bill, the date of connection of the industry is 19/09/2000. The fee submitted by the industry is adequate upto 30/06/2029 under both acts including NOC Regularization fee and notional fee under VDS Scheme.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">The industry was visited by the undersigned on 28/02/2023 and it was observed as under:-</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><!--[endif]-->The industry has installed machinery regarding finishing and washing of fabric.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><!--[endif]-->The industry has installed one soft flow machine and one winch machine for washing of fabric of which only soft-flow machine was operational.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><!--[endif]-->The industry has installed ETP based on Biological treatment of capacity for treatment of washing effluent and the entire effluent was being re-used in the process as observed during visit.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><!--[endif]-->The industry has installed wood-fired Baby boiler with adequate stack height.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><!--[endif]-->The industry has installed DG set of capacity 62 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->7.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><!--[endif]-->The domestic effluent generating from the industry is being discharged into sewer.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">In view of above, if approved, Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30/09/2028 subject to suitable conditions and special conditions that the industry will not discharge any effluent into sewer and will maintain the record of ETP regularly.</span></p> |
