<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry is engaged in manufacturing of corrugated profile sheets @ 8 Metric Tonnes/Day. The industry was earlier granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 vide no. G14LDH2CTOW1641256 dated 11/08/2014 expired on 31/12/2018 and under Air Act, 1981 vide no. G14LDH2CTOA1637496 dated 11/08/2014 expired on 31/12/2018 subject to the certain conditions mentioned therein. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has deposited Rs. 46,800/- vide UTR No. 499808371 dated 18.02.2023 & Rs. 25200/- vide UTR No. 313763935 dated 25.02.2019 & Rs. 16800/- vide UTR no. 19592980 dated 13.12.2022 (water) & Rs. 55,200/- vide UTR No. 822897400 dated 18.02.2023 (Rs. 46800/- air consent and Rs. 8400/- as NOC regularization) & Rs. 25,200/- vide UTR No. 157341726 dated 25.02.2019 & Rs. 16800/- vide UTR no. 268378855 dated 13.12.2022 fee against the fixed assets of Rs. 337.47 Lacs. The industry has submitted consent fees valid upto 31.12.2027. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 alongwith requisite documents for same production capacity.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>As per office order issued by the Head Office, Patiala vide letter no. 59 dated 02.02.2016 and as per decision of officer meeting held at Head Office Patiala on 08.05.2018 that all the industries under orange and green category shall be processed on the basis of documents submitted by the industry without site verification.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>There is no action pending against the industry as per the record file of this office. Further, the industry has been found to be complying during the last visit.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.12.2027 with usual conditions.</span></p>
