<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry has proposed to utilize c</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">ompostable thermoforming grade <strong>dana</strong> as raw material</span> for production of packaging material.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) for expansion under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for production of Carbonated Juice @ 30,000 Liter/day and Packing Material @ 195 Kgs/day, subject to the following conditions:-</span></p>

S.O.438/P.A.9/1994/S-30/2016 dated 29.03.2016 issued by the Department of Rural Development & Panchayats, wherein the manufacturing, stocking, distribution, recycling, selling or use of plastic carry bags has been completely prohibited in the State of Punjab w.e.f. 01.04.2016.</span></p>
