<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1) PSPCL authorities may be directed u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 to restore the electric connection for six months.</span></p>

<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2) CTO applied under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted for six months with conditions as proposed by E.E, Regional Office. E.E., Regional Office may also be requested to monitor the industry as per protocol framed by Board to restore further electric connection restoration.</span></p>
