<p style="text-align: justify;">Sir, it is submitted that the HCE was raised clarification to attach feasibility report for the enhanced capacity of ETP-cum-STP as it has increased the bed capacity from 20 to 35. However, the HCE has attached the same feasibility report of 5 KLD ETP-cum-STP. Further, the HCE has also not deposited the consent fee and not applied for obtaining authorization for increased bed capacity.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As such, the application cannot be processed further and may be returned with request to attach feasibility report of 10 KLD ETP-cum-STP and enhance the capacity as the effluent generated for a 35 bedded HCE comes out be nearly 9.5 KLD. </p> |
