The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The applicant has not submitted a Completion certificate mentioning the date of conversion to a Zig-zag certificate along with an attested Coal register nd Environmental compensation accordingly.
2. The applicant has not submitted Compliance with previous consent conditions and has not verified the fee regarding the same.
3. The applicant has not submitted any change in ownership details and land documents.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter may be initiated.
