<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-left: 0cm; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It is submitted that the Regional office has confirmed that the bank guarantee submitted by the service station of amounting Rs. 1.0 lakh has been encashed vide R.No. 100/5483 dated 28.02.2023<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-left: 0cm; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> K</span>eeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2027 with usual conditions and special conditions that:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">The industry shall operate air pollution control device (APCD) regularly and efficiently to achieve the prescribed norms.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">The industry shall not use any un-authorized fuel and shall use fuel only for which consent is granted by the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">The industry shall ensure that hazardous wastes of all categories are collected properly & disposed off to the authorized companies by executing agreements and shall maintain all the records as per provisions of the HWM Rules.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">The industry shall not throw burn or burry any solid wastes in open outside premises or in drain / water bodies.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">The industry shall promote use of alternatives of single use plastics (SUP) and awareness to discourage use of plastic.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">The industry shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocal or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises. (Competency:- SEE-J) </span></p>
