<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">It is submitted that the project proponent has obtained EC for its warehouse project having built up area 26606.49 sqm issued vide no. F. No. 21-112/2020-IA-III dated 23.02.2021 by SEIAA, Punjab.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Further, it is submitted that the industry has not submitted any such documentary evidence regarding plantation area reserved for disposal of treated effluent. However, the industry was granted Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 with condition that treated effluent shall be discharged for plantation (developed along the boundary walls) and remaining wastewater shall be reused for flushing purpose.</span></p>
