<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">R/sir, the application of the industry was scrutinized and observed that it has applied for renewal of consents after change its name from M/s Naina Rice Mills (unit-1) to M/s Naina Rice Mills. However, as per policy of the Board, after changing the firm name, the industry has to applied for varied consents. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">As such, the applications submitted by the industry are not accepatable to process at this stage. Therefore, it is recommended that the same may be returned herewith to request the applicant to re-submit the same after removing above observation made as above.</span></p>
