O14LDH2CTE2191975 dated 26.12.2014 valid upto 25.12.2015 for domestic effluent @ 60 KLD with the special conditions that the project proponent will lay pipe distribution network in dream city, its sister concern, to carry treated effluent of Dream City-1.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; line-height: 18.4px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">But, it the subject cited case, the project proponent has developed plantation only for disposal of domestic effluent @ 20 KLD.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; line-height: 18.4px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Therefore, it is recommended that subject cited 'consent to operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted for short term upto 30.09.2023 with special condition that it shall develop plantation for disposal of domestic effluent @ 60 KLD.</span></p> |
