Thereafter, the palace was issued notice with hearing before SEE , ZO Jalandhar 05.04.2022 and proceedings of hearing was conveyed to the palace. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Now, the marriage palace has applied for renewal of consents and as per agenda note the industry was visited on 15.2.2023 and reported that the palace has installed DG Sets of capacity 125 KVA &amp; 40 KVA with canopies and stack of height. Exhaust fans are provided for discharge of emissions from the kitchen. The emission collection hoods and stacks of height about 10' and 5' are provided for kitchen. The solid waste is segregated and biodegradable waste is disposed off in compos pits provided at the backside of the unit. No SUP items were found in the premises.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>In view of report of Regional office, it is recommended that consent to operate under Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>to the marriage palace upto 30.09.2027 with suitable conditions and special conditions that:-</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-bottom: 8.0pt; </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The marriage palace shall comply with mechanism / guidelines for control of pollution and enforcement of environmental norms as issued by PPCB vide office order no. 64 dated 02/02/2021.</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall use approved / authorized fuel only with preference to cleaner fuels.</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall adopt energy conservation measures by providing solar system, LED bulbs &amp; inverters etc.</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall properly handle and manage the solid wastages as per the provisions of the Municipal Solid Waste Rules 2016 and ensure that the solid waste is segregated &amp;
