<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 alongwith request to restore the electric supply available to the industry.</span></p>
<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">The site of industry was visited by the AEE on 07.02.2023 and found complying. Please peruse detailed note by AEE.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">In view of above, it is recommended as under:</span></p>
