<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the industry M/s Krishna Plastic Industry adjoining to subject cited industry had applied for obtaining consents to operate of the Board under Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 under green category. Accordingly, the industry was visited by this office on 08.02.2023 and the industry was found engaged in manufacturing of plastic jars from fresh plastic granules and found complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981. Thereafter, the industry has been granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981.</p>
