<p>Discussed...................... it is submitted that the industry has obtained inprinicipal approval from DTP regarding the suitability of site for operation of such type of unit vide DTP letter no. 443 dated 20.02.2023. As far as the policy of Board dated 30.04.2013 is concerned, general siting guidelines are applicable on the above unit and the industry has also submitted certificate from Tehsildar, Sarmala dated 23.01.2023 (copy enclosed) mentioning that :-</p>
<p>1. The site is located at a distance of around 3 KM from M.C. Limit.</p>
<p>2. The site is located at a distance of 2 KM from nearest village Lal lakir / Phirni.</p>
<p>3. No residential colony falls within one Kilometer area of the site.</p>
<p>As such the site is suitable for establishment of such type of unit. In view of above, it is recommended that CTO under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be granted upto 30.09.2025 with special condition that :-</p>
<p>The industry shall comply with all the conditions of <span style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">notification no. PS/PSHUD/206 </span><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">dated 12.11.2021 issued by Department of Housing and Urban Development (Housing-2 Branch)</span></p>
